Chapter 1: Meet Julie Haddrick (6 min) Meet teacher and art quilter, Julie Haddrick, as she shares her quilt making journey with you and introduces you to what you’ll be learning.

Chapter 2

Chapter 2: Designing landscape quilts (7 min) Julie talks you through how you can combine photographs to create the inspiration for your own unique landscape quilts.

Chapter 3

Chapter 3: Make the background and appliqué pieces (13 min) Julie talks about choosing fabrics to create the background for the landscape, and she shares her advice on picking fabrics for your appliqué pieces. Then, Julie will show you how to create your appliqué pieces.

Chapter 4

Chapter 4: Colouring the jetty and the boat (5 min) Julie shows you how to finish placing the appliqué before moving on to colouring in the jetty and boat with fabric pens to add colour, detail and shading.

Chapter 5

Chapter 5: Stitching the raw-edge appliqué, borders and quilting (21 min) Julie shows you how to add your appliqué pieces to the background, then learn how to stitch your appliqué down, add some texture with thread sketching, then finish off by quilting your background to add pattern and texture to your finished landscape.
