Printing your patterns and instructions

Before printing, check the Print dialog box – it is important that in the field next to the words you have selected "None" to ensure your design/templates print out at 100%.

My online video takes a while to load and start playing

Our video player uses advanced streaming technology that selects the best quality based on your internet speed. If your Internet speed is slow then it may take more time for the video to buffer and play.

You can also try re-starting your modem.

What quality does your online video play?

Our video player encodes video and presents the best version based on your Internet speed and screen size. 

These streams are 216p, 270p, 360p, 540p, 768p, 960p and 1080p (HD quality).

Why does Cosy PROJECT have advertising?

Does advertising appear in online classes?

No, there is no advertising in our online classes.

What currency will I be charged in?

All purchases on Cosy PROJECT are charged in Australian Dollar (AUD). We include some major currencies to indicate the cost in your local currency.
