When Michelle Marvig saw this range of fabrics she knew she had to use it! Gardenvale Pathways Quilt is the design she created, using just a jelly roll. This is the perfect quilt pattern to let your creative flair take flight - use up your stash, choose your own colour palette or use a mixture of patterned fabrics.

  • Full materials list included in instructions
  • Detailed step-by-step instructions, colour photographs and clear diagrams take you through the each step of this quilt pattern.
  • From the jelly-roll strips, choose four fabrics to serve as accents in your quilt. Michelle used the four deepest prints from her jelly roll - small white dots printed on red, blue, black and crimson backgrounds. These four prints are each used in one block, and to make mini-blocks for the bottom and left borders.
  • A confident quilter will be able to make this pattern quickly and with great success. A beginner quilter will learn valuable strip and cutting techniques.
  • Quilt as desired. Michelle's quilt was machine quilted on a long-arm quilting machine with an all-over looping design.
  • This project is recommended for a intermediate crafter who would like to extend their quilting skills.
