What are your favourite childhood memories? Some of my favourite memories from my childhood are the times I spent baking and crafting with my nanna. I used to spend hours with her making cookies and sewing dolls dresses, and I think that’s where I developed my love for sewing.

Where and when do you like to stitch? I love to stich anywhere. Although I love to sew up a storm in my own sewing room, I also love when we travel and I can take some sewing along with me, like English Paper Piecing or some crochet for the road.

Do you listen to music or watch television while you sew?I always have music playing when I sew but I have to turn it off when I am writing the patterns, so I can concentrate fully. I save all of my hand sewing for night time when I can put on a TV series or watch a movie as I sew.

Do you listen to music/radio or watch television while you sew? What your preference? Yes, the radio is always on during the day, but, at night and in the car, there’s always music - all the good stuff from the ‘80s and ‘90s, with some new music as well. I lean towards anything upbeat that’s good to sing and dance to!
