Kristen Kell designed and made this quilt pattern, Bye Bye Baby, as a farewell gift. Its hexagon shapes are very striking and yet the quilt is constructed by hand with running-stitch seams on traced lines and not by English paper piecing. This quilt pattern lends itself to any colour palette or patterned fabric.
